Mercy Catholic College is part of the Catholic Schools Broken Bay (CSBB) system whose vision is to provide ‘authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion’.
We encourage enrolments for families from Catholic parishes and school communities who are committed to making a positive contribution to the life of the College and who will benefit from our academic and pastoral care programs. Students from all faith traditions other than Christianity are also welcome at Mercy College and will be considered based on intake availability for the nominated year. When to Apply
Year 7 Enrolment
Starting high school is such an exciting time, and we are excited that you are considering Mercy Catholic College for your daughter.
Enrolment Applications can be submitted at any time during your daughter’s primary school years. However, to maximise the likelihood of an enrolment offer the College encourages you to ensure your daughter’s application has been received by the time she is in Year 4.
- Placements for 2025 are currently being finalised. Limited vacancies are available, please do get in touch care of CSBB Online Enrolment Enquiry Platform or email SMCCC.Registrar@dbb.catholic.edu.au.
- The Offer of Placement process is underway for Year 7 2026. Applications are still being accepted though we are moving towards a waitlist. Please do get in touch if you have any queries.
- Applications for Year 7 2027 and Year 7 2028 are being accepted.
Years 8 – 11 Enrolment
Applications for enrolment in Years 8 – 11 will be considered at the Principal’s discretion and are subject to available spaces applications already on the College waitlist for the designated year of entry. To begin the enrolment process families must complete and submit an application. On receipt of a completed application, an interview with the Principal will be arranged.
Mercy Catholic College Priority Feeder Schools Program
If you are coming from a Catholic Schools Broken Bay (CSBB) primary school, you may be eligible for priority entry to the College (subject to enrolment windows) and a range of other benefits as part of this program. Please note, students from Priority Feeder Schools still need to advise us of their interest in Mercy Catholic College by following the application process by the due dates as advised by our Registrar.
College Fees
Our Schedule of Fees includes an Education Fee, Supplementary Program Fees for Camps/Retreats and the College Annual (as available). Sibling discounts apply to the Education Fee only, providing a 20% reduction for the second child, 50% for the third child and 100% for fourth and subsequent children. Sibling discounts are applicable across systemic secondary and primary schools within the Diocese of Broken Bay (refer to the CSBB School Fee Management Policy).
Billing and Payment
School fees are billed annually at the beginning of Term 1 and are due in 10 monthly instalments. The first instalment is due on the 21 February and the last payment date 21 November. Our preferred method of payment for fees is BPay. Fees can also be paid by EFTPOS or credit card if you know the transactions amount – please contact College Reception.
How to Apply
Families can place an online enrolment form via the Colleges Online Enrolment Platform. Please ensure you have completed the steps below prior to submitting your enrolment.

STEP 4 | Book a College Tour or visit during one of our Open Days (March or August)
STEP 5 | Download and read the Diocese Enrolment Principles
STEP 6 | Acknowledge and agree to the College Fee schedule
STEP 7 | Download and complete the Secondary College Digital Enrolment Form
STEP 8 | Ensure you have all your supplementary documents including:
- Enrolment Form (downloaded from Step 7) with both parents’/guardians’ signatures
- The student’s birth certificate and passport (with currently valid visa where applicable)*
- Recent passport sized photo of the student*
- Baptismal certificate and other Sacramental certificates to date*
- Parents’ citizenship certificate and / or international passport and visa for parents’ born overseas*
- Copy of two(2) most recent school reports and NAPLAN results
- Current family court orders (where applicable)
- Australian Immunisation History Statement as available from Services Australia
- Any relevant medical and / or diverse learning assessments e.g. speech, hearing, cognitive (IQ), occupational therapy (where applicable)
